Process

It's important for our customers to understand the painting process and the steps required to successfully complete their project. One of the most important steps in painting is the preparation. We work hard to prepare the surfaces to be painted. This results in fine lines, furniture quality woodwork and ultimately a beautiful painted finish. Our painters take special care with our customer's property to make sure the entire experience is positive. The completed job is reviewed with the customer to ensure satisfaction guaranteed!

Interior Painting

Interior Set-up

Interior furnishings are carefully moved to a safe area. Furnishings are covered with Visqueen and floors are covered with paper or drop cloths. Areas that are not being painted may be masked off.

Preparation (Woodwork and Drywall)

Wood joints are caulked. Nail holes and wood imperfections are patched with heavy-duty wood filler. Patches are sanded, vacuumed and wiped with tack cloth. Drywall repairs are made and sanded smooth.

Paint Application

Primer is applied to new drywall, woodwork and to repairs that were made. Trim is painted with a brush or HVLP sprayer then taped off with painter’s tape. Walls and ceilings are cut- in with a brush and back rolled.

Touch-up

After finish paint is applied, masking and painter’s tape is removed to reveal fine finish lines. Precision touch-ups are completed.

Clean-up

Coverings are removed and furnishings are returned to original locations. Floors are swept or vacuumed. Paint debris is discarded.
